What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints, translating vision to reality at various project sites.
- Oversee and inspect ongoing K Span construction work to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Draft and revise detailed plans using AutoCAD, and perform structural analysis using STAAD Pro.
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule (and problems are nipped in the bud).
- Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and progress updates—clear, concise, and always in good English.
- Incorporate feedback from senior engineers or clients to fine-tune plans and structure details as projects progress.
- Hop in the company vehicle (license required!) for site visits across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Valid UAE driving license—site travel is an essential part of the job.
- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in K Span construction (fresh graduates with strong technical grounding will also be considered).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and contemporary structural design methods.
- Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Haves
- Arabic language skills for easier communication on diverse sites.
- Past experience with major UAE infrastructure projects or similar regional work.
- Familiarity with the latest sustainable construction practices.
