About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you a Civil Engineer who thrives on seeing blueprints come to life—especially when those plans shape the UAE’s residential skyline? If you have hands-on experience building villas and want to make your mark in Abu Dhabi, this could be the next step you’ve been hoping for. We're looking for an Arabic-speaking Civil Engineer who’s detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated by the tangible results of a well-run project. The backbone of our company is collaboration; we’re firm believers that the best results come from open communication—whether it’s an afternoon design review or impromptu site brainstorming sessions. Our leadership isn’t shy about rolling up their sleeves, and we celebrate every project milestone together (yes, even the tough ones). Friday lunches are always lively, and you’ll find a team that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and each other’s success.

- Liaising with architects, project managers, and local authorities to resolve site issues quickly and smoothly
- Preparing and reviewing daily site reports, including resource management, materials status, and progress updates
- Supporting the project team to forecast needs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize workflow
- Maintaining thorough site documentation (photos, checklists, inspection records, etc.) in both Arabic and English
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves

- Minimum 3 years’ direct experience in residential villa construction, with at least 1 year in the UAE
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Up-to-date knowledge of UAE construction standards, building codes, and safety practices
- Solid organizational abilities and a knack for problem-solving on active job sites
- Proficient with common engineering software and site reporting tools
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality procedures and documentation
- Previous work with multidisciplinary, cross-cultural teams

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, tax-free monthly salary with performance bonuses
- Accommodation allowance and local transportation support
- Medical insurance coverage from day one
- Regular training workshops and clear career development pathways
- Supportive team culture—“all hands on deck” isn’t just a catchphrase
- Well-located project sites to minimize long commutes
- Real impact on highly visible residential communities in Abu Dhabi
You’ll find that we invest just as much in people as we do in projects. If you’re ready to step up, take ownership, and grow alongside a close-knit crew, this is the place to do it.
