About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ready to put your boots on the ground and see real results at the end of every day? As a Civil Foreman based in Ajman’s bustling Al Jerf Industrial Area 1, you’ll be at the heart of projects that shape the local landscape—literally. This is your chance to turn years of hands-on expertise into visible, lasting accomplishments, leading a team where your attention to detail and tactical know-how make all the difference. If you’re eager to combine practical leadership with problem-solving in a dynamic environment, let’s talk.

About the Company

Here, construction isn’t just about pouring concrete—it’s about building trust, reputation, and long-term relationships. Our team’s a tight-knit group, many of whom have worked together for years (and aren’t shy about swapping stories over morning chai breaks). Projects range from commercial builds to intricate structural work across Ajman, and there’s a shared pride in delivering quality that stands up to both client expectations and the UAE’s demanding standards. Adaptability, safety, and hands-on collaboration are more than just buzzwords for us—they’re how we work, day in and day out.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, making sure every task—from formwork to finishing touches—runs smoothly and safely
  • Interpret construction drawings and specs, providing clear, step-by-step guidance to your crew
  • Allocate jobs and oversee labor, keeping morale high and minimizing downtime
  • Monitor the quality of civil, concrete, structural, and finishing work—spotting small issues before they become big headaches
  • Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep things moving efficiently
  • Conduct regular safety briefs and toolbox talks, ensuring the team is as protected as they are productive
  • Track tools, materials, and attendance—sometimes improvising solutions to keep things on schedule in Ajman’s fast-paced industrial zones
  • Maintain accurate site records and daily reports, supporting transparent communication with management

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Civil Foreman, specifically within the UAE
  • Proven track record supervising site operations in civil works, concrete, structural, and finishing activities
  • Hands-on experience managing and motivating labor teams
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and work strictly from construction drawings and technical specs
  • Solid workplace communication skills—in English, and ideally basic spoken Hindi or Arabic (always a plus for smooth on-site interactions)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safety protocols and site best practices

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with construction work in Ajman or other Northern Emirates
  • Experience with digital tools for daily reporting or inventory tracking
  • Leadership or safety certifications

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation that honors your local experience
  • Respectful, close-knit team where your expertise is valued (and your opinion counts)
  • Direct impact on tangible projects—see your work materialize and make a difference
  • Opportunity to develop your leadership and broaden your skills with varied site challenges
  • Supportive management and a culture that prizes fair work, safety, and team spirit
  • Straightforward policies—no red tape, no endless meetings, just honest work and clear expectations

We know construction is about building more than just structures—it’s about building lasting careers and a sense of achievement with every completed project. If you’re ready to take pride in what you help create, we hope you'll consider joining us.
