What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of day-to-day site supervision across key construction activities.
- Coordinating with engineers, foremen, and labor teams to make sure everyone’s on-point and productive.
- Inspecting progress, quality, and safety standards — you’ll be the eyes and ears on-site.

- Ability to lead and motivate teams independently – your crew looks to you, and you deliver.
- UAE driving license and current residence in the UAE (Ajman or the wider Emirates).
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and site safety norms relevant to the local market.
- Good communication skills: you’re clear, direct, and handle both instructions and concerns like a pro.
Nice-to-Haves
