About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever find yourself fixing a leaky tap or rewiring a socket and thinking, “I could do this for a living”? If so, you might be the kind of hands-on problem solver we’re looking for! We’re on the hunt for dedicated maintenance professionals—electricians, plumbers, painters, tile fixers, and gypsum specialists—who are ready to put their skills to use right here in Ajman. With immediate openings and a supportive team environment, this is a real chance to jump into a steady, rewarding job where your craftsmanship actually matters.
About the Company
We may not be a household name yet, but in Ajman’s busy maintenance and finishing circles, we’re building quite the reputation for reliability, quality, and respect for our people. Our team is a real mix—some have worked on iconic projects, others are just starting out, but we’ve all got each other’s backs. There’s a certain pride here—laughs over strong tea during breaks, advice passed from old hands to new, and a shared sense of “job well done” when the day ends. At our core, we believe that good work deserves recognition and a genuinely decent place to call a workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems (if you’re an electrician)
- Fixing leaks, clogs, and installing new plumbing fixtures for clients around Ajman
- Turning dull rooms into fresh spaces with skillful painting and finishing touches
- Leveling and securing tiles with a craftsman’s eye for detail and durability
- Constructing, shaping, and repairing gypsum walls, ceilings, and decorative features
- Responding to maintenance requests as part of a close-knit team—no one’s left to tackle a big job alone
- Keeping your workspace tidy and tools organized, even on the busiest days
- Pitching in with other finishing works as needed—you’ll never hear “that’s not my job” around here
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or finishing work (no need for decades, just solid skills)
- Willingness to work as part of a team—we do our best work together
- Readiness to join immediately (we won’t keep you waiting if you’re ready to roll)
- Respect for quality and safety—our clients count on us to get it right
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary (we’ll discuss this openly and fairly during your interview)
- Free company accommodation—live close to work and save on rent
- Company-provided visa—legal peace of mind
- Location in Ajman, so you can settle in and build a solid routine
- Supportive, friendly colleagues—think of us as a team, not a crew of strangers
- Room to grow your skills and build a long-term career
We don’t promise miracles, but if you’re seeking honest work and a stable team, you’ll find a home with us. Let’s build (and fix) something great together!
