About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever pictured yourself steering a construction project from blueprint to reality? As a Site Supervisor, you’ll do exactly that—on the ground, where all the action happens. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience, a knack for detail, and a deep understanding of the Dubai construction scene. If you’re passionate about transforming plans into well-built, code-compliant spaces, you might just find your next challenge here in Al Jerf Industrial Area 1, Ajman.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit, steadily growing construction company making our mark across the UAE, with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship and reliability. Our team is varied—some of us are veterans of countless projects, others are ambitious newcomers with big ideas—but we all share a drive to see each build succeed. Don’t be surprised if your morning starts with coffee on-site or if you’re invited to weigh in on new tech the company’s considering. Here, every voice matters, and wins (big or small) are shared.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations at our Ajman construction site, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Supervising both labor staff and subcontractors—resolving issues, motivating teams, and making sure everyone’s pulling in the same direction.
- Interpreting and ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and client requirements, catching discrepancies before they become headaches.
- Conducting quality checks and upholding rigorous safety and compliance standards (cutting corners isn’t in your vocabulary).
- Monitoring supply deliveries, tracking progress against timelines, and flagging any delays early to keep the project on course.
- Serving as the bridge between on-site teams and management, providing clear updates and practical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a site supervisor, specifically within Dubai’s construction sector.
- Proven ability to manage entire sites, from foundation through finishing, with a hands-on approach.
- Track record of leading teams and subcontractors—firm but fair, and always professional.
- Solid understanding of Dubai’s construction regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Steadfast commitment to maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and enforcing health & safety standards.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Ajman municipal requirements is a plus.
- Experience with digital reporting tools or site management software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi/Urdu.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, timely salary—it’s simple: your hard work gets recognized.
- Supportive, respectful leadership: questions and new ideas are always welcome.
- On-site canteen and plenty of chances to share a laugh or meal with your teammates.
- Growth opportunities within a forward-thinking company that values promotion from within.
- Stable employment with an established, reputable firm that cares about every project and every person.
