What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring all civil, structural, and finishing works meet quality, schedule, and safety standards
- Interpret and implement project drawings and specifications with precision
- Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to maintain clear progress and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular site inspections and generate progress reports that keep everyone informed and aligned
- Advise on material selection and procurement to maintain efficiency without compromising quality
- Apply your AutoCAD and MS Office skills to update documents, track progress, and ensure compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, accountable atmosphere across the team
- Use your UAE driving license to travel between locations or suppliers as needed — flexibility is a must here!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on civil engineering experience in the UAE construction sector
- Deep understanding of civil, structural, and finishing work best practices
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven communication skills and a knack for team coordination
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and suppliers
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments
- Familiarity with procurement software or project management tools beyond MS Office
