We’re big on brainstorming sessions, celebrate our project milestones together, and are known for spontaneous team lunches when things get hectic. As we grow, we remain committed to sustainable development and giving each team member a real voice in our projects (the best ideas win, regardless of job title). - Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders; your communication keeps everyone on the same page.
- Monitor resources, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments when project realities strike.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols while fostering a “safety first” culture across all sites.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, materials, and sustainable practices — and be ready to suggest better ways of doing things.
