What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring every detail is up to our rigorous standards
- Coordinating directly with contractors, consultants, and in-house teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Preparing concise and insightful technical reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitoring construction activities so that safety guidelines and quality standards are never compromised
- Supporting project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment
- Supervising junior staff and site workers, providing mentorship and guidance as needed

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution
- Proven experience managing construction sites and executing civil engineering projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Current UAE residency (applications from outside the UAE cannot be considered)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or others)
- Arabic language proficiency
