What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting senior engineers on a diverse mix of infrastructure and building projects, with hands-on learning at every stage
- Assisting in site visits and inspections to gain firsthand exposure to Dubai’s civil engineering sector
- Preparing basic drawings, reports, and documentation using industry-standard software (don’t worry, we’ll train you)
- Helping monitor site progress, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project specs are met
- Collaborating on client presentations and internal project reviews—your ideas are always welcome
- Pitching in on project research and data collection as needed by the team
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates are warmly invited!)
- Currently inside the UAE and ready to start soon
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and ask questions—a growth mindset is our favorite qualification
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work well within a motivated, multicultural team
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software (even from university projects)
- Basic English and/or Arabic language skills
- Any internship or academic project experience, even if informal
