What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring every detail meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conducting site inspections and liaising with subcontractors to keep everything on track and up to quality.
  • Reviewing technical drawings, plans, and documents, making sure implementation aligns with approved designs.
  • Proactively identifying (and solving!) site issues before they become real problems.
  • Coordinating with project managers and suppliers to keep materials and schedules running smoothly.
  • Preparing progress reports and updating stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and achievements.
  • Championing safety protocols and fostering a secure, positive work environment onsite.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in construction supervision within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Solid command of AutoCAD, site management tools, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool.
  • Currently based in the UAE.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • UAE Society of Engineers membership.
  • Experience with high-rise or mixed-use developments.
  • A knack for mentoring junior engineers or site staff.
