About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it really takes to turn blueprints into bustling building sites? As a Civil Foreman in the UAE, you’re not just making sure work gets done — you’re the one steering teams, syncing subcontractors, and making those all-important calls on the ground. If you thrive in dynamic environments and the thought of seeing plans come to life (sometimes literally overnight!) excites you, this is your kind of job.
About the Company
We’re an established construction firm with deep roots in the UAE — think major residential projects, complex infrastructure, and a genuine sense of team camaraderie. Our crews are a tight-knit community, always ready with a helping hand or a cup of chai, and we take real pride in the projects we deliver. Leadership here puts boots on the ground; you won’t find a distant HQ calling the shots. Instead, you’ll collaborate closely with managers who appreciate straightforward communication and hands-on skill. Bonus: those Friday site breakfasts are a thing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting construction drawings and making sure every detail is executed precisely on site
- Organizing, supervising, and motivating site crews to keep the work moving smoothly every day
- Coordinating with subcontractors — lining up schedules, solving small issues before they become big ones
- Overseeing daily site operations so that targets for quality and timelines aren’t just met, but exceeded
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety standards (because nothing’s more important)
- Liaising with the project engineer and reporting site progress, challenges, and manpower needs regularly
- Addressing on-the-spot site challenges — from sudden material shortages to equipment hiccups — with creative problem-solving
- Supporting newly onboarded crew members to help them hit the ground running

Must-Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE construction site experience as a working foreman or supervisor

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
