What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing on-site construction of swimming pools and dancing fountains, ensuring each project lives up to both our specs and clients' dreams.
- Reading, interpreting, and sometimes tweaking technical drawings—attention to detail is your superpower.
- Coordinating seamlessly with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep schedules (and spirits) high.
- Monitoring site safety and quality standards, nipping issues in the bud before they become headaches.
- Reporting project progress to management and providing clear updates—no surprises here.
- Solving on-the-ground hiccups with practical, creative thinking, especially when water, pumps, and technology intersect.
- Supporting testing and commissioning processes to guarantee that everything runs and sparkles as imagined.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool and/or dancing fountain projects (construction and maintenance).
- Solid abilities in preparing, reading, and understanding construction drawings.
- Familiarity with site execution, budgeting basics, and snag-list closeouts.
- Strong problem-solving skills—resourcefulness when things don’t go as planned.
- Comfortable communicating in English in the multicultural hustle of Abu Dhabi.
- UAE work experience (bonus if it’s in a similar role).
Nice-to-Haves:
- DME/Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with modern fountain animation/control systems.
- Driver’s license (for quick site hops).
