What You’ll Be Doing
Roles Available:
- Civil Supervisor: Lead and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring quality and timelines are strictly followed while supporting your team and resolving hurdles as they arise.
- Safety Officer: Monitor project sites for safety compliance, conduct regular safety briefings, and address workplace hazards swiftly to maintain a safe work environment for all.
- Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and fixtures across a variety of project types, collaborating with fellow trades as needed.
- Mason: Execute bricklaying, tile setting, and general masonry work to high standards, troubleshooting on site for best results.
- General Helpers: Assist skilled workers with tasks, manage site cleanliness, and pitch in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE residency (applicants must be currently inside the UAE)
- Relevant experience in the position you’re applying for
- Willingness to work as part of a diverse, multi-national team
- Basic conversational English (for site instructions and safety)
- Reliability and a can-do attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work on medium/large-scale building projects
- Certifications (especially for civil supervisor or safety officer positions)
- Additional trade skills or licenses
