What You’ll Be Doing
- Organizing and supervising daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites
- Creating efficient cleaning schedules and assigning staff according to project priorities
- Conducting on-site quality checks to ensure our high standards are consistently met
- Providing hands-on training and support to new team members
- Acting as the bridge between clients and cleaning teams—resolving issues, gathering feedback, building lasting relationships
- Monitoring inventory of supplies and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
- Reporting regularly to management on progress, challenges, and team needs
- Jumping in on the field as needed to guide, motivate, and keep the workflow smooth
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing cleaning teams
- Proven skills in scheduling, quality control, and team organization
- Strong communication abilities in both English and (preferably) Arabic
- Confident onsite presence for field supervision and hands-on team leadership
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate staff from diverse backgrounds
- Professional appearance and a commitment to customer service
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work experience in Dubai or the UAE
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations for cleaning services
