What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating staff schedules, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Overseeing appointment booking and daily workflow, minimizing hiccups and wait times
- Being the “go-to” problem solver for patients, turning concerns into resolutions
- Supervising billing, medical record maintenance, and report generation — keeping everything accurate and confidential
- Ensuring strict compliance with health authority standards and clinic protocols
- Supporting onboarding and training for new team members to uphold our culture and standards
- Liaising with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience managing a healthcare, clinic, or similar medical facility
- Confident leadership and genuine people management abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with clinic software, billing systems, and electronic records
- Strong communication in English; Arabic is an advantage
- A calm and positive presence, even on busy days
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with UAE health authority guidelines and accreditation processes
- Experience implementing new workflows or process improvements
- CPR/First Aid certification
