What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting skilled workers—like carpenters, electricians, and masons—with all kinds of site duties
- Carrying and organizing tools, materials, and equipment to keep work moving smoothly
- Assisting with measuring, cutting, and preparing building materials under supervision
- Mixing concrete, helping with bricklaying, and carrying blocks for masonry tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety on the jobsite—everyone chips in
- Learning from professionals in trades like HVAC, plumbing, steel fixing, and painting
- Pitching in wherever an extra set of hands is needed—every day varies
- Following site safety rules and reporting hazards or incidents immediately
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Male, with Indian, Sri Lankan, or African nationality (as per current labor requirements)
- Willingness to perform manual work in hot, outdoor conditions
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi
- Physical fitness—you’ll be on your feet and moving all day
- Valid UAE residency or ability to relocate/work legally in Dubai
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on construction sites, especially in Dubai or the UAE
- Technical certificate or hands-on training in a skilled trade (carpentry, masonry, electrical, etc.)
- Familiarity with basic safety practices
