About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to help build the ever-changing skyline of Dubai? Here’s your chance. We’re hiring for several hands-on construction roles in the heart of Al Quoz — whether you’re a seasoned mason or just getting started as a helper, there’s a place for you on our team. If you’re already in the UAE and ready to put your skills (and energy) to work right away, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
About the Company
Picture this: a bustling construction company that’s been shaping Dubai’s infrastructure one project at a time. Our team is a blend of hardworking pros and eager learners, all driven by the same goal — delivering quality work and supporting each other along the way. We believe in fair opportunities, steady growth, and looking out for our crew, both on and off the job site. (And yes, lunchtime stories from different corners of the world are a daily highlight.)
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the role you step into, you might find yourself:
- Assisting skilled workers and keeping the site running smoothly as a Helper.
- Laying bricks, mixing mortar, and bringing structures to life as a Mason.
- Bending and installing steel bars with precision as a Steel Fixer.
- Crafting sturdy frameworks for concrete pours as a Shuttering Carpenter.
- Keeping the site safe and tidy as a Cleaner — because a clean site is a productive site.
- Following safety instructions and learning new techniques alongside a supportive crew.
- Working hands-on, sometimes in the sun, and always as part of a team that has your back.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently inside the UAE and able to join immediately.
- Willingness to work hard and learn new skills on the job.
- Reliable and ready to take directions from supervisors.
- A team-focused, can-do attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous construction experience or specific trade skills.
- Basic understanding of job site safety.
- Eagerness to grow into more skilled roles.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary, AED 1200–3000 depending on your role and experience.
- Visa, accommodation, and transportation all provided — we handle the logistics so you can focus on your work.
- On-the-job training for those new to construction or looking to learn a new trade.
- Diverse team — you’ll meet people from all over and become part of a supportive crew.
- Opportunity to grow and pick up new skills as you go.
We’re building more than just structures — we’re building a team that looks out for each other, celebrates effort, and grows together. If you’re looking for stable work and a place to prove what you can do, let’s talk.
