What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing your trade expertise to core building tasks — whether that’s fitting pipes, setting tiles, painting detailed finishes, or reinforcing structures as a steel fixer
- Supporting skilled workers as a general helper, ensuring tools and materials are readily available and sites stay safe and organized
- Assisting with day-to-day operations on site, from cleanup to basic repairs, depending on project needs
- Working closely with supervisors and team members to keep projects moving on schedule
- Adhering to safety regulations and company standards with every shift
- Being prepared to pitch in wherever needed — part of the job is being flexible and ready to help your crew
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: carpentry, steel fixing, masonry and tile work, painting, pipe fitting, electrical work, or general labor
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining (no exceptions)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a collaborative spirit
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure
- Respect for safety and site cleanliness
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work on large construction projects in the Gulf region
- Basic English, Hindi, or Arabic speaking ability
- Enthusiasm for learning additional skills on the job
