About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what keeps Dubai’s most dynamic projects on track — from gleaming skyscrapers to intricate interiors? Our growing construction team at Dubai Investment Park is looking for skilled hands and sharp minds, whether you’re a seasoned Mason, a precise Carpenter, a savvy Electrician, a resourceful Plumber, a can-do Site Helper, or an experienced Civil Supervisor. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and want to see your efforts rise up in real bricks and mortar, this could be the opportunity you’ve been hoping for.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit crew of builders, problem-solvers, and innovators, known for bringing some of Dubai’s most ambitious construction projects to life. Our mornings often begin with strong tea, shared laughs, and a quick rundown of the day’s plan before hitting the ground running. You’ll find a blend of experience — from apprentices eager to learn to veterans who know the ins and outs of the trade. Each project is different, but teamwork is always at the heart of what we do. Hard work is recognized, and growth is a real possibility for those who show initiative.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mason: Shape, lay, and finish bricks and concrete for walls, facades, and pathways; follow architectural plans with an eye for detail.
- Carpenter: Read blueprints, measure and cut wood, and assemble formwork or structures ranging from temporary scaffolds to custom cabinetry.
- Electrician: Install and maintain wiring, lighting systems, and fixtures; troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure safe job site practices.
- Plumber: Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, and water supply networks; test for leaks and maintain site plumbing.
- Site Helper: Move materials, assist tradespeople, keep the job site organized, and help out wherever your hands are needed most.
- Civil Supervisor: Oversee crews, monitor work progress, report to senior management, and ensure safety and quality standards are above par.
What You’ll Bring
- Basic construction experience — ideally in the exact trade you’re applying for (masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or site supervision).
- A diligent, reliable, and hardworking attitude — ready to pitch in, rain or shine.
- Willingness to work closely with a diverse crew and communicate clearly.
- Adaptability for busy days and changing site priorities.
- For Civil Supervisor: experience leading teams and reading technical drawings or site plans is a big plus.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Motivation and willingness to learn go a long way here.
