About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about building more than just structures—maybe a career, or even a team that feels like family? At our bustling construction company in Al Rigga, Dubai, we’re rapidly expanding and need driven new colleagues—right now. Whether your specialty is keeping sites safe, shaping steel, or laying the foundation brick by brick, there’s a place for your skills on our team. This is an urgent opportunity—so if you’re already in the UAE, read on!

Who We Are

Picture a team where deadlines are met hand-in-hand—sometimes literally, if you’re helping a new teammate with their toolkit. Here in Al Rigga, we value a straightforward work ethic and a commitment to quality; lunch breaks are loud, advice is handed out freely, and everyone knows the foreman’s (bad) jokes. We’re in a growth phase, taking on new projects every month, all while making sure every worker feels looked after—from visa sponsorship to Friday’s post-work tea. “Team” isn’t a buzzword; it’s how we show up every morning.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re currently hiring across several roles. Here’s a closer look:

  • Safety Officer:
    • Ensuring every site meets rigorous health and safety standards
    • Conducting toolbox talks and regular safety audits
    • Training workers on proper equipment usage and PPE compliance
  • Scaffolder:
    • Assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems for a variety of builds
    • Inspecting structures for stability and compliance with safety codes
    • Collaborating closely with site supervisors on project needs
  • Plumber:
    • Installing and maintaining water supply systems and sanitary fixtures
    • Diagnosing on-site issues and offering practical, timely solutions
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints as needed
  • Welder:
    • Working with a range of metal types for fabrication and repair
    • Utilizing MIG, TIG, or Arc welding techniques as required by the job
    • Maintaining safety standards while working in a dynamic setting
  • Mason:
    • Laying bricks, stones, and concrete blocks with a craftsman’s eye
    • Executing both structural and finishing detail work
    • Managing projects both big and small, from walls to pathways

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant work experience for the role you wish to apply for (e.g., valid certification for Safety Officer, skilled trade experience for technical roles)
  • Must currently be living inside the UAE
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to team safety and collaborative spirit
  • Basic communication skills in English or Hindi (others welcome!)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Multi-language abilities
  • Previous experience with large site projects or international companies
  • A sense of humor—seriously, it helps on the tough days

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary ranges from AED 2,000 – 4,200 based on your trade and experience
  • Free visa processing handled by our recruitment partner
  • Comfortable accommodation provided — no scramble for a bed after a hard day’s work
  • Health insurance coverage so you can focus on your craft, not medical bills
  • Inclusive team: every nationality welcome, everyone’s effort valued
  • Opportunities to work on diverse projects and develop new skills
  • A straightforward, fair management style—our doors (and minds) are open

You’ll find more than a job here—you’ll find purpose and pride. If you’re ready to get to work and grow with us, we can’t wait to meet you.

  • As a welder, which techniques (MIG, TIG, or Arc) are you most confident with, and how do you adapt your method for different fabrication tasks?
  • Tell us about an experience where you diagnosed and fixed a plumbing issue under tight deadlines—what was your approach, and how did you communicate with the team?
  • For masons: When working on detailed finishing, how do you ensure both accuracy and speed without compromising on quality?
  • How have you contributed to training or mentoring less-experienced team members in the past, especially in areas of safety or technical skills?
  • Describe a difficult project where you collaborated with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. What was your role in ensuring everyone worked together smoothly?
  • If you noticed a co-worker not following PPE guidelines, how would you handle the situation?
  • Our team values a positive spirit—how do you keep yourself and others motivated during challenging or long workdays?
  • Can you give an example of a time when you resolved a miscommunication on-site, especially when language barriers were involved?
  • This company is growing quickly with new projects each month. How do you prioritize your work and adapt to changing demands?
  • How do you approach learning new skills or tasks that are outside your usual specialty?
  • What attracts you to working with a team that’s described as close-knit and open, and how do you see yourself contributing to that kind of environment?
