What You’ll Be Doing
We’re currently hiring across several roles. Here’s a closer look:
- Safety Officer:
- Ensuring every site meets rigorous health and safety standards
- Conducting toolbox talks and regular safety audits
- Training workers on proper equipment usage and PPE compliance
- Scaffolder:
- Assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems for a variety of builds
- Inspecting structures for stability and compliance with safety codes
- Collaborating closely with site supervisors on project needs
- Plumber:
- Installing and maintaining water supply systems and sanitary fixtures
- Diagnosing on-site issues and offering practical, timely solutions
- Reading and interpreting blueprints as needed
- Welder:
- Working with a range of metal types for fabrication and repair
- Utilizing MIG, TIG, or Arc welding techniques as required by the job
- Maintaining safety standards while working in a dynamic setting
- Mason:
- Laying bricks, stones, and concrete blocks with a craftsman’s eye
- Executing both structural and finishing detail work
- Managing projects both big and small, from walls to pathways
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant work experience for the role you wish to apply for (e.g., valid certification for Safety Officer, skilled trade experience for technical roles)
- Must currently be living inside the UAE
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to team safety and collaborative spirit
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi (others welcome!)
