What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your days could include:
- Laborers: Assisting with material handling, site preparation, and supporting skilled trades on-site.
- Foremen: Leading teams, coordinating daily work, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Site Supervisors: Overseeing site operations, liaising with management, and resolving on-the-ground issues as they arise.
- Storekeepers: Managing inventory, issuing supplies, and keeping detailed records of materials.
- Document Controllers: Organizing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring records are accurate and accessible.
- General Site Staff: Providing essential support wherever needed—think logistics, site cleanliness, and assisting various teams.
