What You’ll Be Doing
Roles and duties vary by position, but here’s a quick taste of what you’ll get up to:
- Civil Engineer & Site Engineer: Oversee daily project progress, interpret blueprints, coordinate materials, and troubleshoot engineering challenges as they arise.
- Project Manager: Lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor site safety, handle scheduling, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to keep everything on track.
- Foreman: Supervise crews, assign tasks, ensure safety compliance, and report up on productivity and site needs.
- Mason/Carpenter: Craft and install everything from structural frameworks to fine detailing—precision, quality, and pride in your work are key.
- Electrician/Plumber: Install, repair, and test all things wiring or piping, working closely with engineers for seamless workflow.
- General Laborer: Assist skilled trades, manage materials, keep site tidy, and pitch in wherever hands are needed most.

What You’ll Bring

- Relevant experience in your chosen trade or profession (2+ years for most positions)
- Currently based in the UAE and able to join on short notice
