Ready to Build Something Great? Join Mahedoon Contracting L C!

Are you proud of your skills and eager to see your work shape the UAE’s skyline? At Mahedoon Contracting L C, we’re on the lookout for talented folks ready to roll up their sleeves and make a genuine impact on our construction projects. Whether you’re a driver who knows every shortcut in the city, a carpenter with an eye for detail, or a painter who takes pride in every finishing touch—it might be time to put your expertise to work with a company that values your craft.

About Mahedoon Contracting L C

Here at Mahedoon Contracting L C, we don’t just talk about teamwork—we live it. Our projects are only as strong as the people behind them, so we go out of our way to create a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone plays a vital role. Though we’re proud of our growth, from humble beginnings to a respected name in UAE construction, we haven’t lost our personal touch. Friday site lunches, casual weekend football games, and celebrating project milestones together are all a part of life at Mahedoon. There’s hard work, yes, but also camaraderie and bags of respect for your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, here’s how you’ll help us build a better UAE:

  • Drivers: Safely transport materials, equipment, or staff between project sites; carry out basic vehicle checks and flag any issues.
  • Shuttering Carpenters: Construct formwork systems for concrete pours; read drawings and ensure structures are set up precisely to plan.
  • Steel Fixers: Install and secure steel bars and mesh for reinforcement; collaborate closely with engineers and follow safety procedures.
  • Painters: Prepare and finish surfaces for painting; apply coats with a keen eye for detail and tidy up workspaces after the job is done.
  • Gypsum Carpenters: Craft and install gypsum partitions, ceilings, and decorative elements; solve fitting challenges on the fly.
  • Masons: Build and repair structures using stone, brick, or concrete; interpret site instructions and lay material with both speed and accuracy.

Whatever your trade, you’ll be working under experienced supervisors with a team that has your back.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE (site knowledge is key!)
  • Physically fit and ready to handle demanding site conditions
  • Comfortable working both solo and as part of a tight-knit crew
  • Valid UAE residency/visa status (and, for drivers, a clean UAE driving license)
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine respect for safety on every job

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience handling major UAE construction projects or high-rise work
  • Familiarity with multiple trades or flexible skillset
  • Basic communication in English, Hindi, or Arabic

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, always-on-time wages and overtime
  • Accommodation and transportation provided for site-based teams
  • Safe, compliant, and supportive job sites with clear processes and approachable management
  • Opportunity to learn new skills or take on more responsibility—growth isn’t just a buzzword here
  • The sense of pride that comes from seeing your work across the UAE
  • Regular team gatherings, recognition of your efforts, and a real sense of family

We understand what matters to construction professionals—a solid workplace, respect for your trade, and a team that looks out for each other. At Mahedoon Contracting L C, you’ll find all of that and more.

  • Safety is a top priority at Mahedoon. Could you walk us through a time when you identified a potential safety risk on site and what actions you took to resolve it?
