We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning blueprints into concrete reality, coordinating diverse teams, and navigating the exhilarating (and sometimes unpredictable) pace of the UAE construction industry. About the Company
We’re a fast-moving contracting company rooted in Jebel Ali, serving a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Dubai. What sets us apart isn’t just the projects we deliver — it’s the team spirit behind the scenes. Here, site meetings are just as likely to include a quick laugh as a serious strategy session, and everyone’s voice gets heard (yes, even the new faces). Growth is more than a buzzword — as we take on bigger, more dynamic projects, there’s room here for you to lead and leave your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations at multiple construction sites, ensuring work happens smoothly and safely.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers — your people skills will shine here.
- Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resources, making nimble adjustments to keep everything on track.
- Enforcing strict site safety and quality standards (because nothing’s worth more than everyone going home safe).
- Conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings, providing clear updates to clients and senior management.
- Troubleshooting unexpected challenges on the ground — no two days are quite the same.
- Managing and mentoring site staff, helping junior team members develop their skills and confidence.
- Reviewing and signing off on site documentation and progress reports.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and local safety/QC standards.
- Great communicator — both on-site with your team and in reports or client meetings.
- Solid leadership skills and a knack for motivating diverse teams.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specs, plus basic proficiency with MS Office or project management tools.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Health insurance coverage because your wellbeing matters.
- Company-provided accommodation and transport — no stressing about the commute.
- Supportive team environment where your ideas count.
- Opportunity to lead significant projects that shape the city’s landscape.
- Career growth: As we expand, you grow with us — think promotions, new projects, and bigger responsibilities.
