What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations at the construction site to keep every phase running smoothly and safely
- Keep a close eye on timelines and budgets, reporting progress to upper management
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and crew — yes, there will be problem-solving on the go
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company standards
- Leverage your computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and general communications (no pen-and-paper chaos here)
- Quickly respond to any site incidents or challenges as they arise — everyone counts on you to keep things moving
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn blueprints into reality
- Lead, motivate, and support the on-site workforce to get projects over the finish line together
What You’ll Bring
- Currently residing in the UAE (this is a must — we need you here, not abroad)
- Proven experience in construction site management or a similar supervisory role
- Solid computer literacy — scheduling, communication, and reporting are part of the gig
