What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your trade, your day might look like:
- Welders: Laying down strong, precise welds on structural frames, pipes, or fixtures (your craftsmanship will literally hold things together).
- Pipe Fitters: Reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling piping systems for water, gas, or heating — teamwork is key on these big installs.
- Plumbers: Installing and repairing piping, fixtures, and water systems — sometimes troubleshooting on the fly, always making sure everything flows smoothly.
- Rebar Workers: Cutting, bending, and tying steel bars for concrete reinforcement — your attention to detail ensures strength where it matters most.
- AC Technicians: Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems — keeping buildings cool even when the weather isn’t.
- Working alongside a diverse team, following safety protocols, and meeting deadlines — your reliability keeps projects on track.
- Communicating with supervisors to solve problems and deliver quality work, every time.
What You’ll Bring
