About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ready to Build Something Great? Join Our Skilled Trades Team in Abu Dhabi

Ever pictured yourself working on large-scale projects, surrounded by a team that values your hands-on expertise? We’re hiring for multiple roles — Welder, Pipe Fitter, Plumber, Rebar Worker, and AC Technician — for leading construction and maintenance companies right here in Abu Dhabi. Whether you’re a seasoned tradesperson or eager to take your skills to a new level, this is your chance to secure stable work, competitive pay, and a supportive crew that keeps the city running.

About Us

We’re not just another recruitment agency — we’re the bridge between Abu Dhabi’s top construction firms and talented workers like you. Our client companies are known for their commitment to worker safety, fair treatment, and keeping projects moving forward (sometimes with a chai break or two). Many of the teams you’ll join have members who’ve stuck around for years, building not just infrastructure, but lasting friendships. There’s a real sense of pride in seeing your work shape the skyline.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your trade, your day might look like:

  • Welders: Laying down strong, precise welds on structural frames, pipes, or fixtures (your craftsmanship will literally hold things together).
  • Pipe Fitters: Reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling piping systems for water, gas, or heating — teamwork is key on these big installs.
  • Plumbers: Installing and repairing piping, fixtures, and water systems — sometimes troubleshooting on the fly, always making sure everything flows smoothly.
  • Rebar Workers: Cutting, bending, and tying steel bars for concrete reinforcement — your attention to detail ensures strength where it matters most.
  • AC Technicians: Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems — keeping buildings cool even when the weather isn’t.
  • Working alongside a diverse team, following safety protocols, and meeting deadlines — your reliability keeps projects on track.
  • Communicating with supervisors to solve problems and deliver quality work, every time.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Practical experience in your trade (from basic to advanced — we have roles at every level)
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Respect for safety procedures and a solid work ethic
  • Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work on-site as needed

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Trade certifications or vocational training
  • Experience on large construction or maintenance projects
  • Basic English or Arabic language skills (helpful, but not a dealbreaker)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 1,500–4,200, based on experience and specialization
  • Visa, accommodation, and transportation provided — so you can focus on your craft, not logistics
  • Opportunities to work on high-profile projects with respected companies
  • Supportive teams that look out for each other — you’ll never feel like just a number
  • A chance to build your skills, boost your career, and be part of Abu Dhabi’s ongoing growth

We know it’s a big decision to move or change roles, but if you’re ready to take the next step in your trades career, you’ll find a welcoming team and steady work waiting for you here.
