About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself walking by a building site and wondering who keeps everything humming safely and on schedule? That’s where you come in. We're on the hunt for a Construction Supervisor to join our operations at Al Quoz Industrial Area, keeping a steady hand on the day-to-day ground realities. If you enjoy balancing hands-on site supervision with people coordination—and you take pride in making sure standards aren’t just met but exceeded—this could be your next move.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit, hard-working construction firm with roots in Dubai’s industrial heartland. Here, blueprints come to life with collaboration—our office might be humble, but our ambition isn’t. The team is a mix of seasoned pros and energetic up-and-comers, and you’ll find that open communication and rolling up sleeves are a way of life. Problem-solving is practically a team sport; the site radio is always on and coffee breaks tend to spark ideas as often as they give us a breather.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping a watchful eye on daily site activities—no detail too small, no hiccup too big to handle.
- Directing and motivating construction crews so that everyone knows what’s expected and feels valued.
- Staying in constant coordination with engineers, contractors, and site staff, so information and resources flow smoothly.
- Overseeing compliance with project requirements and making sure safety protocols are followed to the letter.
- Assisting in tracking progress and providing timely updates to project managers.
- Rolling up your sleeves to help resolve technical or operational issues as they crop up—troubleshooting is part of your toolkit.
- Monitoring material deliveries and equipment on site, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintaining clear, accurate site records and logs for easy reference.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience supervising construction sites, especially in an industrial or commercial setting (Al Quoz experience is a bonus).
- Practical knowledge of current health & safety standards on site—you don’t compromise when it comes to safety.
- Strong communication skills; you’re just as comfortable talking shop with engineers as you are chatting with laborers.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable—you don't wait for problems to fix themselves.
- Basic computer skills—site reporting, WhatsApp groups, you know your way around.
- Arabic or Hindi language skills are an asset.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary with overtime opportunities.
- Supportive, respectful team culture—help is always nearby.
- Straightforward reporting lines and real autonomy on site.
- Career growth with hands-on mentorship from experienced leads.
- Convenient site location in Al Quoz, plus support with transportation if needed.
- Regular team lunches, on-the-spot recognition, and a shared sense of pride in what we build.
You’ll join more than a project; you’ll become part of a crew that takes its work—and its people—seriously. If you’re ready to make your mark on Dubai’s industrial landscape, we can’t wait to meet you.
