Step into Leadership as a Foreman in Al Quoz, Dubai

Looking to take your construction skills up a notch in Dubai’s buzzing project scene? We're searching for a Foreman who can bring hands-on expertise and confident team guidance to a diverse, ambitious group. With new builds launching left and right, there’s never been a better time to join a company that’s genuinely shaping the skyline. If you're already in the UAE and ready to make your mark, this could be the perfect next step.

About the Company

This company isn’t just another name in construction — it’s a place where hard work is noticed and good humor goes a long way (yes, even on the hottest days). Based in Al Quoz, their projects run the gamut from sleek commercial towers to clever residential refurbishments. Team lunches, shared milestones, and a genuine respect for safety and quality are all part of life here. If you appreciate a workplace where your effort directly impacts the company’s rise, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
  • Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and laborers to keep everything on track
  • Monitoring material usage and flagging supply needs before anything runs out
  • Ensuring tools and machinery are maintained and allocated efficiently
  • Mentoring and supervising site teams—keeping motivation high, even when the going gets tough
  • Troubleshooting unexpected snags and finding practical solutions on the fly
  • Keeping clear records: daily logs, attendance, progress updates, and site issues
  • Supporting management in delivering projects on time and within budget

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience working as a Foreman or similar leadership role in construction
  • Good spoken and written English; Hindi or Arabic a bonus
  • Strong grasp of site safety, workflow, and construction best practices
  • Currently residing in the UAE (immediate availability preferred)
  • Leadership skills: you’re organized, assertive, and communicate well with all walks of life

Nice-to-Haves

  • Certification or diploma in civil engineering/construction management
  • Familiarity with construction software or digital site reporting
  • Experience with a range of building types (commercial, residential, fit-outs, etc.)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive tax-free salary (AED 5,000–8,000, depending on experience)
  • 2-year residency visa, health insurance, accommodation, and transport provided
  • Guaranteed 8-hour workdays plus one day off per week—so you're rested, not burned out
  • Diverse, energetic team who support each other (and celebrate hitting tight deadlines)
  • Ground-floor access to big projects—your contribution really matters here
  • Opportunities to learn, upskill, and grow into senior site roles

Your workdays will be full, but never monotonous—and there’s always someone willing to lend a hand or share a laugh. Ready for a fresh start in Al Quoz? This could be your next construction home.
