What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and laborers to keep everything on track
- Monitoring material usage and flagging supply needs before anything runs out
- Ensuring tools and machinery are maintained and allocated efficiently
- Mentoring and supervising site teams—keeping motivation high, even when the going gets tough
- Troubleshooting unexpected snags and finding practical solutions on the fly
- Keeping clear records: daily logs, attendance, progress updates, and site issues
- Supporting management in delivering projects on time and within budget
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience working as a Foreman or similar leadership role in construction
- Good spoken and written English; Hindi or Arabic a bonus
- Strong grasp of site safety, workflow, and construction best practices
- Currently residing in the UAE (immediate availability preferred)
- Leadership skills: you’re organized, assertive, and communicate well with all walks of life
Nice-to-Haves
- Certification or diploma in civil engineering/construction management
- Familiarity with construction software or digital site reporting
