About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself orchestrating a busy site, where every detail matters and your leadership keeps things running smoothly? As a Foreman in our Dubai Industrial Area team, you’ll do exactly that — guiding crews, solving the daily puzzles of construction or industrial projects, and making sure every shift ends with a job well done. There's always something new happening here, and if you get a sense of satisfaction from turning plans into realities (and keeping everyone safe and productive along the way), this role could be your next big move.
About the Company
We’re not your typical “head office” operation — our energy is on the ground, with people who know their craft and take pride in a job done right. While we might work in heavy industry, our team values are anything but rigid: respect, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and growth define our days. Fridays tend to mean an early coffee and a quick catch-up before the weekend, with plenty of laughs in between. This is a place you can bring your experience and ideas and actually see them make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and supervising site teams through daily tasks — from site prep to wrap-up.
- Reading and interpreting project plans, delegating duties based on skillsets and deadlines.
- Monitoring work progress to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
- Acting as the go-to liaison between site workers and management.
- Overseeing safety protocols on-site and making sure all equipment and processes follow best practices.
- Managing site materials, tools, and logistics to avoid downtime or bottlenecks.
- Troubleshooting “real world” issues as they arise — whether it’s a supply delay or a site emergency.
- Keeping daily records and reports, and ensuring accurate communication with the head office.
- Supporting and mentoring new hires, helping them find their footing in our workflow.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience as a Foreman or supervisor in construction or industrial environments (preferably in the UAE).
- Strong leadership skills — you know how to get people working together efficiently.
- Clear, professional communication in English; other languages a bonus.
- Solid grasp of site safety, regulations, and best practices.
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate joiners.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the Dubai Industrial Area (or broader regional site experience).
- Technical or trade certifications relevant to industrial/construction supervision.
- Previous exposure to working with multi-national teams.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary (AED5000–8000), reviewed based on performance.
- Standard company benefits as per UAE labor law — including leave, medical, and more.
- A steady, supportive team that values reliability and initiative.
- Opportunities to grow within the company as we take on diverse industrial projects.
- The real sense of pride you get from seeing a project come together, thanks to your leadership.
We believe hard work deserves respect—and a workplace where your effort is noticed. If you’re ready for new challenges (and maybe a Friday breakfast with the crew), this could be the fit you’re looking for.
