If you’re motivated by real impact, results, and the satisfaction of seeing projects come to life, this is your kind of challenge. The role comes with a competitive salary (AED 10,000–15,000), performance incentives, and the chance to work with seasoned professionals who value quality as much as you do.

About the Company

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading cross-functional construction teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality expectations
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, allocating resources, and resolving roadblocks as they arise
  • Acting as the go-to communicator between clients, contractors, and your team—ensuring every stakeholder stays informed and engaged

  • Collaborating with engineers and subcontractors to swiftly address design or build challenges
  • Championing a culture of safety, professionalism, and trust across all project phases

  • Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate teams and maintain high morale on site
  • Excellent verbal and written communication—in English (other languages a plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations, permitting, and construction best practices
  • Current residence inside the UAE
  • A knack for juggling priorities, deadlines, and personalities—sometimes all in one afternoon

Nice-to-Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
  • Familiarity with project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
  • Experience working in Jebel Ali or familiarity with the local supply chain

Not sure you hit every mark? Reach out anyway—we value experience and potential in equal measure.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 10,000–15,000) plus clear performance-based incentives
  • Inclusive benefits package as per UAE labor law (think medical, paid leave, end-of-service, and more)
  • A professional but down-to-earth environment where your opinion counts
  • Opportunities to work on some of the region’s most exciting construction projects
  • Support for ongoing training, certifications, and professional growth
  • Regular team events, site celebrations, and a management team that recognizes hard work
