What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading cross-functional construction teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality expectations
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, allocating resources, and resolving roadblocks as they arise
- Acting as the go-to communicator between clients, contractors, and your team—ensuring every stakeholder stays informed and engaged
- Overseeing budgeting, cost control, and progress reporting, so nothing slips through the cracks
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety compliance, and tackle unforeseen technical hiccups
- Collaborating with engineers and subcontractors to swiftly address design or build challenges
- Championing a culture of safety, professionalism, and trust across all project phases
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Demonstrable project management experience in construction, ideally with mid–large scale builds in the UAE
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate teams and maintain high morale on site
- Excellent verbal and written communication—in English (other languages a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of local regulations, permitting, and construction best practices
- Current residence inside the UAE
- A knack for juggling priorities, deadlines, and personalities—sometimes all in one afternoon
Nice-to-Haves
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
- Familiarity with project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
- Experience working in Jebel Ali or familiarity with the local supply chain
