What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled workers with day-to-day construction tasks on active sites
- Carrying, arranging, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment safely
- Mixing concrete, loading/unloading materials, and preparing worksites under supervision
- Supporting site operations by setting up scaffolding or barricades, as needed
- Keeping the work area tidy and following safety procedures at all times
- Learning new skills from experienced coworkers and taking direction from site supervisors
- Participating in site clean-up and end-of-day resets
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- A willingness to work hard and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety on construction sites (don’t worry — we’ll train you too)
- Ability to work well in a team, with respect for site rules and colleagues
- Preferred: Previous experience in construction or general labor
- Bonus: Familiarity with common construction tools or equipment
