What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring safety protocols are never compromised—even on a tight deadline
- Coordinating the daily activities and schedules of subcontractors, laborers, and vendors, keeping everyone on track and in sync
- Inspecting work progress, quality, and compliance with plans—solving issues as they pop up (they always do!)
- Maintaining accurate site records: daily logs, attendance, and incident reports
- Acting as the go-to point of contact between the site and project management back at the office
- Identifying snags early, proposing practical solutions, and rallying the team when timelines get squeezed
- Leading by example—motivating your team to uphold safety, professionalism, and a sense of pride in every finished structure
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry within the UAE
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm approach under pressure
- Good working knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction methodologies
- Currently residing in the UAE (mandatory for application)
- Proficiency in English communication; Hindi/Urdu a bonus for team management
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic computer or tablet skills for digital site records
- Experience with fast-track commercial or residential builds
- Certification in first aid or safety management
