What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various construction activities—from excavation to finishing touches.
- Using and maintaining basic hand tools (think hammers, drills, saws) and machinery safely and confidently.
- Keeping the work site organized and hazard-free, helping to enforce safety protocols for everyone’s wellbeing.
- Transporting materials and supplies across the site efficiently—sometimes it’s a quick dash; sometimes a strong haul.
- Supporting daily construction operations by setting up equipment and preparing job sites at the start of each shift.
- Pitching in wherever needed—construction sites can be unpredictable, and flexibility is key.
