What You’ll Be Doing
Masons:
- Precisely laying bricks, concrete blocks, and stones to build sturdy walls, structures, and paths.
- Reading and following technical drawings and plans on active sites.
- Mixing and applying mortar with an expert touch — no guesswork here.
- Inspecting finished projects and fixing any cracks or uneven surfaces for lasting strength.
Carpenters:
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or other materials for both structural and decorative purposes.
- Assembling and installing frameworks, doors, windows, and fixtures — accuracy is key.
- Collaborating closely with the team to solve unexpected headaches (we all know those happen).
- Following site safety protocols every step of the way.
Steel Fitters:
- Fabricating and positioning steel supports and reinforcements according to engineering drawings.
- Securing beams, columns, and scaffolding to exact specifications.
- Inspecting and adjusting installations to guarantee a perfect fit.
- Ensuring safe handling and proper use of heavy tools and equipment.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years’ relevant construction experience in the Gulf region.
- Solid understanding of your trade — whether masonry, carpentry, or steel fitting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Physical fitness and a can-do attitude when the deadline is tight.
