What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day marble, granite, and stone installation at project sites, ensuring top-quality finishes every time
- Direct and motivate a diverse team of skilled laborers and installers—think both encouragement and a steady hand
- Interpret architectural drawings and turn them into beautifully realized surfaces, per specs and deadlines
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades to smooth out the wrinkles before they become headaches
- Keep a sharp eye on materials usage and site safety—your team’s wellbeing and project budgets both matter
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges (misaligned slab? No problem—you’ve seen it all before)
- Support continuous improvement by training junior staff in stone installation best practices
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid experience (minimum 3–5 years) supervising marble and granite installation on active construction sites
- Ability to read and work from architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Strong team management skills, especially with multi-cultural crews
- Clear communication—in Hindi/Urdu and basic English
- Keen attention to finish quality and jobsite safety
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in the GCC construction market
- Familiarity with modern installation techniques and tools for marble and granite
- A knack for problem-solving unique on-site challenges
