What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work meets company standards and project timelines
- Managing a team of workers and subcontractors—motivating, guiding, and sometimes rolling up your sleeves alongside them
- Coordinating with suppliers and site engineers to keep materials and logistics flowing smoothly
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring everyone goes home safe and sound
- Troubleshooting site challenges as they come up—think of yourself as the go-to problem solver
- Preparing regular progress reports for management and communicating updates honestly and clearly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous foreman experience within a UAE contracting or construction environment
- Strong ability to supervise and motivate mixed crews (laborers, tradesmen, subcontractors)
- Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and on-site practices
- Good communication skills—comfortable giving clear instructions and updates
- Resilience and commitment; you stay focused even when things get hectic
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic computer skills for reporting or tracking site documentation
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu can be a big plus)
