About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it takes to keep a construction site running like a well-oiled machine? As our next Foreman, you’ll do exactly that—juggling tasks, managing teams, and making sure every corner of our Sharjah projects reflects top-notch craftsmanship and safety. If you’ve already navigated the ins and outs of UAE construction sites, you know there’s never a dull moment and plenty of room to make a real impact.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Al Majaz—just steps away from the iconic Al Buhaira Corniche—our contracting firm has become a go-to for reliable builds and renovations across Sharjah. We’re a fast-growing team that cares as much about quality structures as we do about the people who help build them. Walk onto our sites and you’ll find a blend of seasoned professionals and rising talent, all working with genuine camaraderie (yes, we’re known to debate over the best local lunch spot).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work meets company standards and project timelines
  • Managing a team of workers and subcontractors—motivating, guiding, and sometimes rolling up your sleeves alongside them
  • Coordinating with suppliers and site engineers to keep materials and logistics flowing smoothly
  • Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring everyone goes home safe and sound
  • Troubleshooting site challenges as they come up—think of yourself as the go-to problem solver
  • Preparing regular progress reports for management and communicating updates honestly and clearly

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous foreman experience within a UAE contracting or construction environment
  • Strong ability to supervise and motivate mixed crews (laborers, tradesmen, subcontractors)
  • Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and on-site practices
  • Good communication skills—comfortable giving clear instructions and updates
  • Resilience and commitment; you stay focused even when things get hectic

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic computer skills for reporting or tracking site documentation
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu can be a big plus)
  • Hands-on technical skills—sometimes you just know how to fix that stubborn issue

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Collaborative, close-knit team where your input and leadership are genuinely valued
  • Opportunities to learn from senior managers and experienced site professionals
  • Located in a lively part of Sharjah: enjoy riverside views during breaks
  • Transparent team culture—straight talk and respect are the norm
  • Job stability and a chance to work on landmark projects

Working with us means more than just a paycheck—it’s about taking pride in what you help create, every single day. If you thrive on site challenges and being at the heart of progress, we think you’ll find a lot to like here.
