We’re a dedicated recruitment partner for some of Dubai’s busiest construction projects, placing skilled workers on sites that shape the city’s future. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily construction operations, from foundation work to finishing touches — every day’s a little different
- Assembling, installing, and securing steel reinforcements (for steel fixers) or formwork (for shuttering carpenters) with precision and care
- Mixing, laying, and finishing concrete or bricks as a mason, ensuring a flawless result
- Erecting, inspecting, and maintaining scaffolding (scaffolders) to keep everyone working safely at height
- Assisting with material deliveries, site cleanup, and moving equipment as needed
- Following safety protocols and reporting any hazards — everyone’s looking out for each other here
- Foremen: Supervising teams, planning daily tasks, and ensuring work meets quality standards and timelines
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on construction experience (in your specific trade or general labor)
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, demanding work — Dubai’s sun doesn’t take breaks!
- Basic communication in English or Arabic — enough to follow instructions and stay safe
- Ready for immediate joining — projects are underway and your skills are needed now
- For specialized roles: proven expertise in steel fixing, shuttering carpentry, masonry, scaffolding, or site supervision
