What You’ll Be Doing
Skilled trades (Masons, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters):
- Laying bricks, installing wiring, fitting pipes, or crafting woodwork according to project needs
- Reading basic plans and blueprints (don’t worry, help is always on hand)
- Teaming up with coworkers to ensure smooth, safe site operations
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise—no two days are ever the same
- Keeping your work area tidy and tools in good shape
Helpers:
- Assisting skilled workers with day-to-day construction activities
- Moving materials and ensuring everyone has what they need
- Learning new tasks on the job—think of this as your stepping stone to bigger things
- Pitching in wherever needed to keep progress on track
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (all nationalities welcome!)
- Willingness to work hard and learn new skills on the job
- Basic understanding of safety on construction sites
