What You’ll Be Doing
- Working hands-on at project sites across various Emirates—every day brings a new challenge, rarely a dull moment!
- Taking on specialized tasks such as masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, electrical installations, or plumbing, depending on your skills and the project’s needs.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople as a general helper, ensuring each part of the workflow runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Following on-site safety procedures and contributing to a culture where everyone looks out for each other.
- Collaborating with site supervisors and teammates to tackle unexpected issues—quick thinking and teamwork are a must here.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized work area, because every tidy jobsite is a safer one.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous hands-on experience in construction or a related site-based role—even a short stint counts.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn (nobody knows everything on Day One!)
- Physical fitness and stamina—this work will keep you on your feet and moving.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing UAE weather conditions.
- A commitment to showing up reliably and giving your best.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Specialized experience as a mason, carpenter, steel fixer, electrician, or plumber.
- UAE or GCC site experience (always a bonus, but not a must).
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi to get jobs done safely and efficiently.
