What You’ll Be Doing

  • Site Supervisor: Overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating tasks among teams.
  • Scaffolder: Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures with safety and precision.
  • Steel Fixer: Reading plans and tying rebar for concrete structures, making sure everything’s strong and secure.
  • Painter: Preparing surfaces and applying paint or finishes to walls, ceilings, and other structures—making the site look its best.
  • Pipe Fitter: Installing and maintaining piping systems, following blueprints, and ensuring water/gas flow is safe and efficient.
  • Assisting with general site setup and cleanup as needed—you know, pitching in where it counts.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant experience in your trade—whether that’s supervising, scaffolding, fixing steel, painting, or pipe fitting.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in Dubai’s climate (we know, it’s no walk in the park).
  • Willingness to work as part of a diverse, multi-national team.
  • Currently residing in the UAE (any nationality welcome).
  • Reliable, punctual, and with a can-do attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Ability to communicate in basic English, Hindi, or Arabic.
  • Previous experience on Dubai construction sites.
  • Familiarity with site safety procedures.
