Ever wondered what it’s like to help build the heart of Dubai? Whether you’re a seasoned mason or just starting out as a helper, this is your chance to join a hands-on team in Al Karama, where every project leaves a mark. We’re urgently hiring for a range of roles — Construction Supervisor, Plumber, Welder, Mason, Carpenter, and Helper — with salaries starting at AED 1550 and rising to AED 4200 monthly. About the Company
We’re a well-established recruitment agency with deep roots in Dubai’s bustling construction scene. Our team is all about matching the right people with projects that matter. You’ll find us working closely with reliable contractors and site managers who value hard work, dedication, and a good sense of humor (lunch breaks here are lively affairs). We believe in fair opportunities for all nationalities and pride ourselves on supporting our workers from day one, whether that’s with paperwork, a place to stay, or a listening ear.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Construction Supervisor: Oversee daily site operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing tasks as needed.
- Welder: Perform welding tasks with precision, working on a variety of materials and site requirements.
- Mason: Lay bricks, stones, and blocks; repair and maintain masonry structures with a keen eye for detail.
- Carpenter: Construct and repair building frameworks, doors, partitions, and more.
- Helper: Support skilled workers, transport materials, and keep the site tidy and safe for everyone.
Each day will bring new challenges, and you’ll have a direct hand in shaping real, lasting projects across Dubai.
