About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Step Onto Sharjah’s Growing Skyline: Now Hiring Construction Workers in Al Nahda

Do you find genuine satisfaction in seeing your work leave a real, lasting mark? Maybe you thrive on building — whether it’s sturdy walls, reliable plumbing, or simply a great reputation among your peers. If you’re looking for your next opportunity in the heart of Al Nahda, Sharjah, we’re moving fast and want committed professionals to keep our sites running smoothly. Right now, we’re urgently seeking Site Supervisors, Plumbers, Carpenters, and Masons to join a busy roster of projects shaping the city. With competitive pay based on your experience and a dynamic, multicultural team, this is a chance to step up, get noticed, and help create something tangible.

About the Company

Think of us as Sharjah’s quietly ambitious builders — the kind of company where safety meetings and tea breaks get equal attention. We’ve grown quickly by focusing on practical support for our teams, making sure every worker, whatever their background, can settle in and perform their best. Fridays often bring spirited site updates (and a few inside jokes), while our approachable supervisors know every crew member by name. Whether you’re new to the Emirates or already call UAE home, you’ll find a supportive environment that values hard work, trust, and a bit of friendly banter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Site Supervisor:
    • Coordinate daily site operations to keep our projects running on schedule
    • Oversee teams, ensuring health and safety practices are followed to the letter
    • Liaise with project managers and subcontractors, keeping everyone in sync
  • Plumber:
    • Install, repair, and maintain water and drainage systems in accordance with site plans
    • Troubleshoot on-the-spot issues, never leaving a leak unresolved
    • Work with a mix of brand-new builds and renovations
  • Carpenter:
    • Craft formwork, doors, cabinets, and other essentials, reading blueprints with confidence
    • Operate power and hand tools with skill and attention to safety
    • Collaborate with carpentry teams to deliver precise, high-quality finishes
  • Mason:
    • Lay bricks, tiles, and other masonry materials, ensuring durability and accuracy
    • Repair and shape stonework or concrete elements as needed
    • Take pride in clean, reliable work that stands the test of time

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant experience in your chosen position — at least 2 years preferred
  • Physically fit and ready for site-based work in varied Sharjah weather
  • Currently residing within the UAE (you must be present in the country to apply)
  • Clear communication skills (any language welcome; English or Hindi/Urdu helpful)
  • A team-oriented mindset with the willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Nice-to-Haves:

  • UAE construction experience — or familiarity with local codes and regulations
  • Flexibility for changing project needs or overtime as required
  • Valid UAE driving license (especially for supervisory roles)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries: AED 2,000 – AED 4,500, depending on your skills and position
  • Free visa, accommodation, and transport — so you can focus on your work, not the logistics
  • Join a diverse team with colleagues from all walks of life
  • Steady pipeline of projects for year-round job security
  • Supportive supervisors and opportunities for learning on the job
  • No two days are exactly alike — if routine isn’t your thing, you’ll fit right in

Here, hard work is acknowledged, and new team members are welcomed like old friends. Whether you see this as your next step or a fresh start, you’ll find hands-on experience and genuine camaraderie waiting.
