About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for your next move in the world of transportation services? As a Corporate Services Officer with us, you won’t just be filling a seat—you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the corporate sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the ins and outs of B2B relationships and loves the challenge of connecting businesses with solutions that truly move them forward. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where every new client feels like a win, you’ll feel right at home here.

About the Company

We’re not just another name in land transportation—we’re a team that takes pride in getting people and goods where they need to be, safely and efficiently. Our company has grown steadily by putting service and reliability first, but what really sets us apart is our collaborative spirit. Whether it’s quick problem-solving in the operations room or celebrating new client deals over strong coffee, you’ll find that teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in honest communication, initiative, and (just between us) a healthy bit of friendly competition.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing corporate clients—think of yourself as our brand ambassador in the business world.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector, then crafting tailored proposals that address each client’s needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that service delivery matches the client’s expectations (and sometimes, surprises them in a good way).
  • Managing contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and onboarding processes with a keen eye for detail and a steady hand under pressure.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings so you can spot opportunities before anyone else does.
  • Representing the company at industry events, networking sessions, and the occasional client lunch (yes, your people skills will get a workout).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a similar corporate services or business development role, ideally within transportation or logistics.
  • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills—both spoken and written (you’ll be talking to clients from all walks of life, after all).
  • Proven negotiation chops and the ability to close deals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—people trust you, and you know how to listen as well as you talk.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business development tools.
  • A knack for creative problem-solving when clients need something “a little different.”
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives—your hard work won’t go unnoticed.
  • Opportunities for career growth as the company expands its corporate portfolio.
  • Supportive, multicultural team environment where your ideas are valued.
  • Flexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote days can be discussed).
  • Regular team gatherings and a leadership team that’s genuinely invested in your development.

We’re all about making connections—on the road and in the office. If you’re ready to help us drive our next phase of growth, you’ll find plenty of room to make your mark here.
