What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting every customer with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude
  • Handling billing with care and precision, whether it’s cash, card, or through our POS systems
  • Answering traveler questions, from product details to special requests, and making thoughtful recommendations
  • Keeping the counter area tidy — a little extra shine goes a long way
  • Resolving minor issues quickly, so customers leave happy, no matter what
  • Collaborating with your teammates (covering for each other is second nature here!)
  • Keeping track of inventory at your station and notifying the team when supplies run low
