What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting every customer with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude
- Handling billing with care and precision, whether it’s cash, card, or through our POS systems
- Answering traveler questions, from product details to special requests, and making thoughtful recommendations
- Keeping the counter area tidy — a little extra shine goes a long way
- Resolving minor issues quickly, so customers leave happy, no matter what
- Collaborating with your teammates (covering for each other is second nature here!)
- Keeping track of inventory at your station and notifying the team when supplies run low
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Friendly, approachable demeanor and a polished appearance
- Comfort handling cash, cards, and POS systems accurately
- Ability to juggle tasks and stay cool under pressure
- Strong communication skills — English required, and other languages are a huge plus
- A team mentality and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service
- Multilingual abilities — especially Arabic or other widely spoken languages in Dubai
- A knack for troubleshooting simple tech or payment issues
