What You’ll Be Doing
- Teach and mentor: Guide workers in the art and science of curtain wall, glass, and aluminum work in a practical environment.
- Demonstrate key techniques: Show safe and effective methods for saw cutting, measuring, and installation—your way!
- Quality assurance: Inspect student and team work, providing real-time feedback and troubleshooting common mistakes.
- Collaborate with team leads: Ensure lesson plans and training meet the site’s current projects and safety requirements.
- Maintain workshop standards: Keep the teaching and work area organized, safe, and equipped for hands-on practice.
