About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to take charge of a talented crew shaping innovative building materials every day? As our new Foreman at Taqneya Smart UPVC Solutions in Sharjah, you’ll be right at the helm—guiding a skilled team at the cutting edge of UPVC and aluminum fabrication. If you thrive on combining hands-on expertise with real leadership, you’ll find this role both challenging and rewarding, especially in the fast-paced environment of Al Zahia’s Saif Free Zone.

About Taqneya Smart UPVC Solutions

Taqneya isn’t just another fabrication shop—it’s where contemporary design meets technical precision. We’re proud of our reputation for quality work delivered on deadline, and our collaborative culture reflects that. Here, you’ll hear laughter on the production floor, see big ideas take shape daily, and discover that “team” isn’t just a buzzword. Everyone from welders to engineers pitches in during crunch time, and we celebrate wins (big or small) over strong coffee and the occasional samosa spread.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the production team in day-to-day UPVC and aluminum fabrication activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
  • Review and interpret technical fabrication drawings, turning plans on paper into tangible results.
  • Set the standard for quality control—personally inspecting output and quickly troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a learning environment where everyone strives to improve.
  • Oversee inventory and materials handling, keeping the workshop running smoothly.
  • Champion workplace safety by enforcing policies and conducting periodic safety briefings.
  • Liaise with supervisors and project managers to keep projects on track and resolve bottlenecks efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in UPVC and aluminum fabrication, with a solid track record of leadership.
  • Strong ability to interpret and work from detailed fabrication drawings and schematics.
  • Proven commitment to quality—because we know the little details matter.
  • Sound judgment around health and safety—your team’s well-being comes first.
  • Clear communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Technical certifications relevant to fabrication or production management.
  • A knack for motivating teams, even on busy days.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and regular performance reviews—because your leadership deserves recognition.
  • A supportive, tight-knit team that values new ideas and mutual respect.
  • Modern, well-equipped workshop right in Saif Free Zone, Sharjah.
  • Flexible approach to overtime—crunch time is real, but so is your need for balance.
  • Opportunities for growth: many of our foremen advance into senior management or specialized technical roles.
  • Regular team gatherings and celebratory lunches (we take our food, and our team spirit, seriously).

We believe work should feel purposeful and enjoyable. If you’re seeking a place where your skills, initiative, and leadership genuinely matter, you’ll find your niche here with us.
