What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the production team in day-to-day UPVC and aluminum fabrication activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
- Review and interpret technical fabrication drawings, turning plans on paper into tangible results.
- Set the standard for quality control—personally inspecting output and quickly troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a learning environment where everyone strives to improve.
- Oversee inventory and materials handling, keeping the workshop running smoothly.
- Champion workplace safety by enforcing policies and conducting periodic safety briefings.
- Liaise with supervisors and project managers to keep projects on track and resolve bottlenecks efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in UPVC and aluminum fabrication, with a solid track record of leadership.
- Strong ability to interpret and work from detailed fabrication drawings and schematics.
- Proven commitment to quality—because we know the little details matter.
- Sound judgment around health and safety—your team’s well-being comes first.
- Clear communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Technical certifications relevant to fabrication or production management.
