What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels genuinely welcomed and informed
  • Answering inbound calls with a friendly, empathetic tone and providing accurate information—or routing the call to the right person, minus the endless hold music
  • Handling inquiries via email and chat, staying calm and resourceful even when faced with multiple requests at once
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of client or visitor interactions using our systems (we’ll show you the ropes—promise, it’s not rocket science)
  • Supporting the administrative team with scheduling, document filing, and occasional event coordination
  • Addressing occasional complaints or concerns with patience and a solutions-first mindset (we’re all about learning, not blaming)
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment—whether that means jumping in to help a colleague or sharing feedback on how we can make things even smoother

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Friendly, approachable, and naturally professional communication style
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or front desk work
  • Confidence using basic computer systems and communicating across channels (calls, email, chat)
