What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers warmly and making them feel welcome from the moment they enter
- Listening to inquiries and questions, patiently and professionally resolving concerns
- Guiding customers to products and providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Handling transactions at the cash counter accurately — cash, card, and returns included
- Supporting stock management, including restocking shelves and keeping our displays looking fresh
- Working alongside teammates to ensure the store is tidy, organized, and ready for the next rush
- Assisting with in-store promotions and special events (sometimes, you’ll be the face of the festivities)
- Taking feedback onboard and sharing suggestions to help us get even better at what we do
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous customer service or retail experience (even if it’s just a few months — we value enthusiasm as much as a resume)
- Clear communication skills in English (extra points if you know another language)
- A genuine passion for helping people, with a helpful, friendly personality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
- Attention to detail and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in a Dubai retail setting
