What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Service Representative:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, always with a helpful attitude.
Resolve issues efficiently and document feedback for continuous service improvement. - Call Center Agent:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and positivity.
Maintain clear records of conversations and follow up on pending cases. - Telesales Executive:
Reach out to potential customers, introduce products or services, and close sales with confidence.
Meet (and celebrate) your sales targets with the support of a motivating team. - Front Desk Receptionist:
Welcome guests and visitors with a smile — first impressions matter!
Manage appointment schedules and assist with basic administrative tasks.
